Go 'C0x, don't tell me this town ain't got no heart!
Great sound for AUD...and i heard on the line that when asked why columbia, and the university of South Carolina for a halloween show, the band, in unison, replied "F%^k Clemson!" might be a dirty lie, but i choose to believe!
wonderful crowd, feels like i'm there...This LLRain is special, and i could listen to this shakedown for hours. thanks to the archive, and "F%^k Clemson!"

Good AUD, Energetic Show
Enjoyable pre-junkie era AUD recording with good balance and general sound. Plus, it's probably one of the best Halloween shows the dead did. It's an AUD of a dead halloween show! What more could you ask for? This alone is a reason to download. Also only s. carolina show ever.
Feels like you're at the show! Lots of fun and energy at this show, reminds me of what halloween shows are all about (Gov't Mule could've used some lessons in this at their halloween show this year). Werewolves, shakedown, LLR are all highlights. Nice NFA with audience participation. A cool find, definitely.

Excellent Jack-O-Laterns
Another all out evening by the Grateful Dead. One can question the short song list but we drove 6 hours to see this show from East Carolina University and it was worth it. Jam into Warewolves, Garcia was all over it. To mention the Jack-O-Laterns, we were married on Halloween, Love October 31st. One must appreciate all Dead Shows!

scissors beats paper, but audience trumps SB
the recording is great -- centered, great levels (a few times you loose the vocals, oh well), high quality ---
thanks to the folk who took the time to bring this show to the masses...
it really transmits the fun of that fall tour -- although hard to beat the energy of that summer...
